Member lists live in one tool, courses in another, inventory in a spreadsheet, and the reasons behind big decisions live in nobody's tool at all. When a leader moves on, the organization starts over. HeirloomOS is built on a different assumption: the work of an organization is an inheritance, and software should make it easier to pass on, not harder.

Credits are spent only on AI and media generation. Running your organization, its people, records and governance, never uses a credit. When a month's credits run out you can buy more at any time.
If list prices rise later, your rate does not, for as long as your subscription stays active and paid. A failed payment keeps it through the retry window. If a subscription lapses past that, coming back means subscribing at whatever the price is then. Multi organization networks and anything unusual: talk to us.

How mature is this product really?
New and serious: more than three thousand automated tests run against every release, and the accessibility suite tolerates zero violations. What we do not have yet: a long customer list, a plugin ecosystem, or years of testimonials. Our pricing reflects that honestly.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Identity packages and websites download as complete bundles from inside the product, each carrying a manifest of exactly what is in it. A one click export of every other record is on the build list and not finished, so until it ships you ask us and we produce your data. After account closure you ask us to delete your content and we tell you what we can remove and what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and tax records. Automated deletion is being built and is not finished, so a person does this rather than a scheduled job. Handover is a feature we designed for, not an exit we punish.
How does billing work?
Through a secure payment provider, per organization, monthly or annual. Your organization holds one plan, and every plan includes every suite. Card details never touch our servers. Cancel anytime and your plan runs through the period you paid for.
